We always aim to maximize our combined strengths when we start up a new project. Therefore, you will probably find yourself working in different teams on different assignments. For each project we set up a team of experts that are best qualified for the specific tasks.
Sometimes, members of your team will come from the same department as you - but they are just as likely to come from other parts of Tieto, anywhere in the world. We very often work in virtual, cross-border teams.
